Stayin' Alive Step Up: 5 Easy Ways to get your school involved

Step 1: Sign Up

Sign-up to receive program updates, helpful materials, and direct support. We will follow-up with a phone call within the week to walk you through the basics on Stayin' Alive and answer your questions.

Step 2: Educate Yourself

Download helpful educational and promotional materials from our Tools section, and visit the malaria section to learn more about what you are fighting for. Arming yourself with the proper information and materials will help educate your classmates or students and help you make a good case for the cause when presenting your plan to the administration and student council.

Step 3: Build It

Work with your principal, university president, and/or student council to craft an event that speaks directly to the students at your school or university. Don't feel constrained to just dances, if a battle of the bands event or fashion show are better suited to your school—go for it! Regardless of what you choose to do, we stand ready to help you create a successful event.

Step 4: Share Your Story

Your leadership doesn't have to end at your school. Expand your impact by sharing information on your event with the local press, community members, and surrounding schools. Spread the word, so that we can spread the nets!
