Malaria No More is working to make sure every family in Africa has timely access to the tools they need to prevent, diagnose and treat malaria.
- Mosquito nets (or LLINs) are the surest way to prevent malaria. To date, we've helped distribute nets in 17 African countries.
- In Fall 2013, we launched Power of One, a campaign to deploy rapid diagnostic tests and artemisinin-based combination treatments to reduce malaria deaths in children.
Developed in partnership with Lalela Project, our innovative NightWatch initiative is engaging mobile platforms and African leaders, from international music icons to local sports heroes and African presidents, to deliver lifesaving health education to ensure families sleep under nets and seek timely testing and treatment.
We’ve launch NightWatch in Kenya to bring life-saving malaria messages from the country’s top music artists and popular icons to at-risk families.
Chad’s top artists came together for the Stop Palu NightWatch campaign and recorded an anti-malaria anthem that’s reaching people across airways.
Delivered nets and ensured high usage with cell phone innovation and top Tanzanian artists.
We’ve partnered with government and top mobile companies to deliver nets and save lives.
