What We Do

Five years makes all the difference
A lot can change in 5 years. And it certainly has in the malaria fight.

This month marks Malaria No More's 5-year anniversary, and we're celebrating great strides toward the global goal of near zero malaria deaths by 2015. Today, 50% of Americans recognize malaria as a significant global health problem. Nets have been provided to cover close to 75% of Africans at risk of malaria. And malaria deaths have dropped more than 25% since 2000 (33% in Africa) — and keep falling!

Although we're making progress, we're not done yet — a child still dies from malaria every minute. So we need your help to make the next 5 years count.

Give generously this holiday season, and help us kick-start the next five years of progress. Together, we can make malaria no more.
