As this week marks the 30th anniversary of the discovery of HIV/AIDS, Science Speaks interviewed Ambassador Mark R. Dybul, who served as the U.S. Global Aids Coordinator under President George W. Bush, and led the implementation of PEPFAR. Dybul is currently Special Advisor to Malaria No More.
