David Arquette’s Trip to Africa Inspires Safari Experience for Charity

Before joining this season’s cast of Dancing with The Stars, actor David Arquette took his first trip to Africa with nonprofit organization Malaria No More. While there, David distributed mosquito nets to families in need, talked with parents who are working to protect their children from malaria and met with village chiefs to learn how their communities are fighting the deadly disease.

Inspired by his trip and work to raise awareness and funds, Premier Tours and South African Airways are offering a dream vacation for auction in honor of David’s 40th birthday. The prize is a five-day all-inclusive trip for two to Makweti Safari Lodge in South Africa, including round-trip airfare, all meals, and a safari tour from Premier Tours, which has won Condé Nast Travelers “Best Travel Specialist in North America” award 10 years in a row and Travel and Leisure “A List” of Travel Specialists 6 years in row.

The winning bid will be matched by Sumitomo Chemical and go towards Arquette’s Birthday Giveback Campaign for Malaria No More. Anyone can bid on this dream vacation through September 15th on CharityBuzz: http://bit.ly/onpCHO

Fans can also support Arquette’s Birthday Giveback Campaign by making a simple donation on his Crowdrise page, where photos and video from his recent trip are featured: www.Crowdrise.com/ArquetteGiveBack.
